Responsibilities

• Assist the team in delivering best-in-class experiences by responding to customer inquiries.
• Support the new customer onboarding process by helping to process applications and conducting initial KYC verification checks.
• Handle day-to-day operational and administrative tasks within the CX portfolio.
• Assist in gathering feedback from chats & calls for service improvements.
• Monitor and contribute to customer success metrics.
