Job summary

Centre Side Express Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Management professional to maintain, implement, and monitor the QMS in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. The role emphasizes documenting policies, procedures, and records, and coordinating internal and external audits with follow-up on findings.

Key duties include monitoring non-conformities, driving corrective and preventive actions, delivering ISO awareness training, preparing quality reports, and ensuring continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in ISO 9001:2015 implementation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience in internal audits, document control, corrective actions, and audit preparation.
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification is an advantage.
• Good documentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently, coordinate with different departments, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
