Zichen Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks a meticulous Quality System Engineer to drive, implement, and sustain integrated management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

You will lead audits, enforce documentation control, deliver quality training, and ensure closed-loop CAPA across all departments. The role requires at least a Diploma or higher in Engineering/Quality Management or related fields, with 3+ years in QMS within manufacturing.

We are seeking a highly meticulous Quality System Engineer to drive, implement, and maintain our integrated management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Reporting to management, you will lead second-party (customer) and third-party external audits, execute annual internal audit programs, enforce documentation control, deliver corporate quality training, and ensure closed-loop corrective actions across all operational departments.

Job Responsibilities:

System Implementation & Monitoring: Drive, implement, and maintain the company's integrated management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), continuously monitoring system health and operational performance.

Third-Party External Audits: Lead third-party certification audits, coordinate internal audit readiness across departments, and manage closed-loop rectification and verification of non-conformances.

Second-Party (Customer) Audits: Direct pre-audit preparations for customer audits, lead customer audit sessions, and execute effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) addressing audit findings.

Internal Audits & Management Reviews: Plan and execute annual internal audit schedules and management reviews. Formulate corrective actions for identified gaps and track implementation effectiveness.

Team Management & Scheduling: Oversee daily work schedules, professional training, and performance evaluations for system compliance staff.

Quality Training & Culture: Organize and deliver structured quality masterclasses to elevate company-wide quality awareness and technical skills.

Document Control & Standardization: Guide the compilation, review, localized translation/revision, and training for quality system documentation and SOPs.

Operational Compliance Oversight: Audit and guide internal departments to ensure daily shop-floor and administrative operations strictly align with system policies.

Executive Support & Continuous Improvement: Support departmental leadership in driving continuous improvement initiatives and completing ad-hoc operational tasks.

Job Requirements:

Education: Minimum Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or higher qualification in Engineering, Quality Management, Science, or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) within a manufacturing environment.

Mandatory Certification: Must hold a valid VDA 6.3 Internal Auditor Certificate.

System Knowledge: Deeply familiar with standard international management systems, specifically IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 (knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is a strong advantage).

Core Competencies: Strong audit leadership, meticulous documentation habits, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and strong cross-departmental enforcement skills.
