Job summary

Dindings Consolidated Group in Malaysia is seeking an ISO Controller to coordinate, implement, maintain and continuously improve the Company's ISO Management System, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations and policies. • Prepare ISO performance reports and management review materials.
• Conduct ISO awareness training for employees and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain ISO documentation and records for audit readiness.

Job description

To coordinate, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Company's ISO Management System to ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

The ISO Controller serves as the focal person for document control, internal audits, corrective actions, management reviews, employee awareness, and liaison with certification bodies to achieve and maintain ISO certification.

Coordinate and facilitate the development, implementation, application, certification, maintenance, and renewal of ISO Management Systems, including leading the Company's initial ISO certification process and ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable standards.

Manage and control all ISO-related documents and records to ensure proper review, approval, distribution, revision, and retention.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor internal audits to evaluate compliance with established procedures and ISO requirements.

Act as the primary liaison with external certification bodies and coordinate all certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.

Monitor, track, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure and effectiveness of non-conformities.

Prepare ISO performance reports, audit summaries, and management review materials for Management's evaluation and decision-making.

Conduct ISO awareness programs and training sessions to promote employee understanding of quality management requirements and procedures.

Monitor departmental compliance with approved policies, procedures, and work instructions while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Maintain accurate quality management system records and ensure all ISO documentation is readily available for audit and compliance purposes.

Track quality objectives and key result area (KRAs) and provide recommendations to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform any other job duties as required from time to time.
