Job summary

CTRM AeroSystems Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam offers an internship in Logistics, Shipping & Warehouse for Sept–Oct 2026. You will assist in receiving, inspecting and storing materials, support inventory control, and prepare materials for production and deliveries.

You will gain hands-on experience with ERP systems, packing, shipping documentation, 5S/Kaizen activities, and safety compliance while collaborating with internal teams and service providers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Internship, industrial training or apprenticeship placement from a recognized institution.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations is an advantage.
• Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, inspecting and storing incoming materials and components.
• Support inventory control activities, including stock counting and cycle counts.
• Assist in preparing materials for production and customer deliveries.
• Support shipping documentation, packing and shipment arrangements.
• Update inventory and logistics records in the ERP system.
• Assist in monitoring stock movement and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper labelling, storage and housekeeping within the warehouse.
• Support loading and unloading activities while complying with safety procedures.
• Assist in coordinating with internal departments and logistics service providers.
• Participate in continuous improvement, 5S and Kaizen activities.
