Job summary

Adhes packaging technology (Malaysia) sdn bhd is seeking a Warehouse Assistant (Fresh Graduate welcome) to supervise daily warehouse operations, maintain ERP-based inventory records, and ensure accurate inbound/outbound documentation. The role involves coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch, while maintaining safety and workflow efficiency.

Fresh graduates with 1–2 years' related experience and a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or related field are

Qualifications

• SPM or above; Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field is an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations; fresh graduates welcome.
• Certification in warehouse management preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP system.
• Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound shipments (delivery notes, GRNs, invoices).
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical stock audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards in the warehouse.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage for space utilization and workflow efficiency.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff and laborers as needed.
• Generate and maintain reports related to inventory, shipments and warehouse KPIs.
• Resolve issues related to damaged goods, order discrepancies or delivery delays.
