• Sort, process and vet claims for payment.
• electronically transfer received claims to platforms.
• Triaging flow between members and provider claims.
• Perform data entry and verification duties.
• Utilise basic office equipment on site (photocopy, fax).
• Format and produce documents.
• Conduct peer-to-peer validation checks.
• Data governance triage for provider claims.
• Handle numerical tasks (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Operate word processing, spreadsheets, databases or other software.
• Perform any other assigned tasks.
