Job summary

Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join the Provider Intake Department on the Operations Team in Kuala Lumpur. You will organize and process incoming and outgoing documents (paper and electronic) in a back-office setting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires English fluency, proactive ownership, and the ability to work independently or within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Intake documents in paper and electronic formats.
• Sort, process and vet claims for payment.
• Electronically transfer received claims to the platforms.
• Triaging flow between members and provider claims.
• Data entry and verification duties.
• Operate office equipment on site.
• Format and produce documents.
• Peer to peer validation checks.
• Data governance triage for provider claims.
• Perform basic arithmetic and use office software.
• Handle additional assigned tasks.
