Responsibilities

• Processes claims from members and providers.
• Assists queries from providers and payers via phone or email.
• Maintains files for authorizations and other reports.
• Assesses and processes claims within policy coverage and medical necessity.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve queries and support operational goals.
• Meet or exceed SLA requirements and KPIs.
• Accurate data input to the system applications.
