Cigna is hiring in Kuala Lumpur for a Provider Intake role within the Operations Team. The role focuses on organizing and processing intake documents (paper and electronic) in a back office setting.

Key duties include vetting claims for payment, electronic transfer of claims, data entry, and ensuring confidentiality. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, international environment and contribute to accurate processing and data governance.

Responsabilités

• Manage intake documents and organize flow of paper and electronic files.
• Sort, process and vet claims for payment.
• Electronically transfer claims to various platforms.
• Triages flow between members and provider claims.
• Perform data entry and verification duties with accuracy.
• Operate basic office equipment on site.
• Format and produce documents.
• Conduct Peer to Peer Validation checks.
• Engage in data governance for provider claims.
