Job summary

Cigna Healthcare in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Operations Team in the Provider Intake Department. The role focuses on organizing and processing incoming and outgoing documents in a back-office setting, ensuring accuracy and compliance while coordinating with claims platforms.

The candidate should be fluent in English, capable of working with minimal supervision, and adept at learning in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn in a virtual environment.
• Ability to take ownership and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake documents.
• Sort, process and vet claims first hand for claims payment.
• Electronic transfer of received claims to the various platforms.
• Triaging the flow between members and provider claims.
• Operates data entry devices to perform data entry and verification.
• Use of basic office equipment on site.
• Formats and produce documents.
• Peer to Peer Validation Checks.
• Triaging the flow of Provider claims - Data Governance.
• Works with numbers (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Uses word processing, spreadsheet, database or other software on a computer.
