Responsabilités

• Manage Intake documents and ensure orderly processing of files.
• Vet and process claims to support timely payment.
• Electronically transfer received claims to relevant platforms.
• Triaged flow between members and provider claims for efficient processing.
• Perform data entry and verification tasks with accuracy.
• Operate basic office equipment on site as needed.
• Format and produce required documents and reports.
• Conduct peer-to-peer validation checks for data integrity.
• Support data governance for provider claims workflow.
• Handle basic arithmetic and use spreadsheets/databases for tasks.
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned.
