Responsibilities

• Assist Team Leaders in day-to-day operational activities, including issue investigation and report preparation when required.
• Process policies and certificates for new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and within stipulated turnaround time (TAT).
• Ensure all transactions are accurately entered into the system, including activities involving robotics and macros.
• Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth implementation of system enhancements and processes.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve operational deliverables and maintain service quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and embrace new processes introduced by management.
