Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a detail-oriented Insurance Sales Administration professional to manage client inquiries, arrange insurance covers, and prepare proposals. You will coordinate with insurance providers, generate quotes for Motor and Non-Motor lines, and support renewals and claims processes.

The role requires 3+ years in a similar field, a degree in Business/Finance, and strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales administration and operation supports in Insurance division.
• Arrange insurance cover for clients and prepare proposals/quotations.

• Assist in generating quotations for Motor and Non-Motor Insurance.
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with providers.
• Handle product inquiries via calls and email.
• Assist in claims handling and claims process administration.
• Assist in insurance renewals and amendment of policies.
• Coordinate delivery of promotions during campaigns.

Education

Bachelor degree in Business Admin / Finance / Accounting
