Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an Insurance Transaction Processing professional based in Kuala Lumpur to accurately renew policies, endorsements, and updates in line with underwriting guidelines and TAT.

You will collaborate with underwriters, shared services, and QA teams to resolve queries, ensure compliance, and maintain detailed workflow logs; you will identify bottlenecks and support efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing: Accurately execute commercial policy renewals, endorsements, and updates according to underwriting guidelines and turnaround times (TAT).
• Stakeholder Support: Partner with underwriters, shared service centers, and quality assurance teams to resolve queries and maintain service consistency.
• Compliance & Quality: Adhere to regulatory standards, internal governance, and audit requirements while maintaining detailed workflow logs.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks, propose automation or workflow enhancements, and participate in team training and operational efficiency projects.
