Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an organized insurance services coordinator to prepare and process applications, submissions, and related documents. You will ensure forms are complete and compliant with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate client records.

You will follow up with clients for outstanding documents, monitor inquiries via phone, email, or messaging, and coordinate with the sales team to secure renewals while tracking renewal risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prepare and process insurance applications, policy submissions, and related documents.
• Ensure all forms are complete and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and databases.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients for outstanding documents and signatures.
• Monitor customer incoming via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
• Monitor progress for quotations, and proposal documents.
• Monitor clients with policies approaching renewal and identify accounts at risk of non-renewal.
• Proactively follow up on potential non-renewal cases and escalation them to the Sales In‑Charge for retention efforts.
• Provide timely updates to the Sales In‑Charge on clients who indicate an intention not to renew their policies.
• Maintain renewal tracking reports and ensure sales representatives are informed of renewal risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to secure policy renewals and improve client retention rates.
