Job summary

Accenture PLC in Subang Jaya, Malaysia is seeking an Insurance Operations Associate to handle routine and non-repetitive processing tasks, including data entry, policy document issuance, and premium billing in line with SOPs.

The role requires analytical and investigative skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations, with focus on meeting turnaround times and collaborating with Underwriters and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• General insurance knowledge preferred.
• Experience in BPO/Shared Services is an advantage.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work during Malaysian public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Validate and enter customer proposals, applications, and transactions into the policy processing system.
• Ensure adherence to processing turnaround times for policy applications and transactions.
• Generate quotations, policies, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and perform admin tasks for consumer lines.
• Communicate with underwriters and clients to gather information for policy administration.
• Organize and maintain electronic databases and perform data input and maintenance.
• Investigate and rectify rework issues to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
