Job summary

OCBC Bank Malaysia seeks a detail-oriented officer to manage insurance coverage for insurable collaterals and related administration in line with internal guidelines and SLA/TAT targets.

The role requires timely handling of proposals, renewals and cancellations, plus daily Sundry Creditors and Collection Account reconciliations, with collaboration across Settlement, Loan Recovery, and reporting teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with insurance administration for collaterals.
• Ability to meet SLA/TAT targets and perform reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure insurance coverage for insurable collaterals follows guidelines and SLA/TAT.
• Reconcile Sundry Creditors GL daily per SLA/TAT.
• Reconcile Collection Account 2 per policies and procedures.
• Attend Insurance Administration (MY/SG) for proposals, renewals, cancellations and claims.
• Support Settlement by instructing GEGM / Zurich Takaful / STATE Brokers for deletions or account changes.
• Support Loan Recovery in deleting chargee clauses or cancelling policies.
• Review Insurance & CGC related reports in a timely manner.
• Manage CGC/SJPP admin tasks: submissions, payments, renewals, and monthly reconciliations.
• Respond to all GIFT MANAGER / BBCSC inquiries promptly.
