Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the administration of Group and Voluntary Solutions products, ensuring accurate processing of new business, renewals and policy servicing with data integrity and timely turnaround times.

You will conduct AML screenings, update policy changes, manage auto-billing, and provide stakeholder support via CRM, contributing to divisional KPIs and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in operations, insurance, or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Process New Business / Renewal / Policy Servicing for Group and Voluntary Solutions within established TAT.
• Perform AML screenings in regulatory compliance.
• Maintain data integrity and reconcile payments; manage auto-billing.
• Provide timely stakeholder support via CRM/Case 360.
• Take on ad hoc duties as required.
