Job summary

Tan Chong Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an insurance sales professional to source and solicit new prospects, corporate clients, individuals and used car dealers to buy or renew insurance through TCCL.

You will manage prospect lists, hit renewal retention targets and drive premium production, with motor product upsell (GAP, EWP, etc.) as a must. Diploma or equivalent is required, with 1–3 years of relevant experience and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Support and achieve company targets for number of sales, renewals and premium volume.
• Assist department head in ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess good interpersonal skill.
• Good communication skill and presentation skills.
• Good in time management.
