Tan Chong Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an insurance sales professional to source and solicit new prospects, corporate clients, individuals and used car dealers to buy or renew insurance through TCCL.

You will manage prospect lists, hit renewal retention targets and drive premium production, with motor product upsell (GAP, EWP, etc.) as a must. Diploma or equivalent is required, with 1–3 years of relevant experience and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Source and solicit new prospects, corporate clients, potential individuals and used car dealers to buy/ renew insurance through TCCL.
• KPI set for 1st year, focusing on renewal retention and premium production.
• Upsell motor products (GAP, EWP, etc.).
• Manage, grow and maintain prospect listings.
• Support and achieve company targets for number of sales, renewals and premium volume.
• Assist department head in ad-hoc projects.
