Qualifications

• OTC/Sales track record: 2+ years in institutional sales, financial business development, or OTC trading desks.
• Deep understanding of stablecoin mechanics and cross-chain dynamics.
• Active network of institutional crypto market participants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales cycle to expand institutional footprint and market presence.
• Identify and acquire HNWIs, market makers, and institutional desks.
• Cultivate liquidity relationships and close large-block trades.
• Bridge between clients and internal trading, compliance, and product teams.
