Job summary

Bybit in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Institutional Sales/BD professional to drive growth with traditional financial institutions. You will build and manage a robust client pipeline, lead negotiations, and coordinate with Product, Compliance, Risk Management, and Engineering to deliver institutional-grade offerings.

The role requires 3+ years in sales/BD in finance, a strong network, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sales or BD experience in traditional finance.
• Established network of institutional clients for high level dialogues.
• Familiarity with digital assets, crypto custody, RWA and DeFi.
• Fluent in English for professional communications.
• Self-driven, objective-oriented in a high-intensity environment.

Responsibilities

• Expand traditional institutional clients, build pipeline, and drive onboarding and trading.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Risk Management, and Engineering to deploy institutional-grade products.
• Lead client negotiations and term structuring to secure contracts.
• Track existing institutional clients, uncover needs, and drive cross-selling.
• Deliver market insights and competitor analyses; relay feedback to product teams.
• Meet/exceed sales targets focusing on AUM growth, trading volume, and new client acquisition.
