Job summary

StraitsX is seeking an OTC Sales Manager in Kuala Lumpur to own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to relationship management. Qualifications

• OTC/Sales track record with 2+ years in institutional sales, financial business development, or OTC trading desks.
• Deep understanding of stablecoin mechanics and multi-chain dynamics.
• Existing network of institutional crypto market participants, funds, or HNWIs preferred.
• Strong grasp of AML/KYC and travel rule requirements; risk-aware without killing the deal.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills; able to explain settlement flows.
• Comfortable navigating evolving global regulatory landscapes for stablecoins.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales to expand institutional footprint and market presence.
• Source and acquire high-net-worth individuals, market makers, and institutional desks.
• Manage liquidity and execute large-block trades; foster long-term relationships.
• Act as the cross-functional liaison between clients and internal teams.
