The role emphasizes high-energy leadership, outbound calling, and CRM discipline to identify and close new business while supporting existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Inside Sales teams and coaching individuals.
• Strong prospecting and outbound calling skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com or CRM systems.
• Ability to mentor, motivate and manage performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach an Inside Sales team of up to 5 to hit sales goals.
• Mentor the team on sales strategies and daily customer interactions.
• Be the go-to person to clear obstacles and ensure CRM updates.
• Drive Salesforce compliance, documenting activity and progress.
• Meet and exceed team targets and adapt to new ideas.
• Collaborate with sales and internal partners to move deals forward.
• Execute 10–15 outbound calls per day and log conversations in CRM.
• Develop sales at existing accounts and grow new business in the territory.
