Concentrix Kuala Lumpur seeks an Inside Sales Account Manager Lead to guide a team of Inside Sales AMs, drive monthly, quarterly, and annual order book targets, and ensure superior customer experience across on-shore and off-shore groups. You will coach, monitor KPIs, oversee pipeline reviews and forecast accuracy, and collaborate with Service Lines, Pre-Sales, Ops and Billing for seamless delivery.

You will lead recruitment/onboarding, conduct regular training, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifikationen

• Degree holder with 3+ years in Inside Sales leadership.
• 2+ years of proven people management leading inside/sales teams.
• Strong coaching, communication, and data-driven decision making.
• Proven pipeline governance, cadence, and forecast accuracy.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Account Managers with clear expectations and KPI tracking.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual Order Book targets across key product lines.
• Oversee daily sales cadence, pipeline reviews, and forecast accuracy.
• Conduct regular coaching and capability development for team members.
• Collaborate with Service Lines, Pre-Sales, Ops, Finance, Billing for seamless delivery.
• Manage escalations and provide guidance on complex customer scenarios.
• Analyse operational data to identify productivity gaps and drive improvements.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires.
• Lead sales huddles, governance reviews, and root-cause analyses.
• Uphold CRM hygiene and adherence to workflows and SLAs.
