Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a customer-facing sales support associate to handle enquiries through multiple channels. You will understand customer needs, propose suitable products, and prepare quotations and proposals.

You will also support the sales team with timely follow-ups and order processing, ensuring accurate records and smooth delivery coordination. Successful candidates will manage CRM data, coordinate with HQ for pricing and delivery, and resolve basic customer issues to maintain high

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals and product information.
• Conduct follow-up calls and communication to improve quotation conversion.
• Support outdoor sales team with customer enquiries and quotations.
• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers for sales appointments, product demo or proposal.
• Process customer purchase orders and sales orders accurately.
• Prepare sales documents, quotations, order confirmations and invoices where required.
• Check product availability, pricing, lead time and delivery requirements with HQ.
• Monitor order status and update customers on delivery schedules.
• Follow up on backorders, pending deliveries and outstanding orders.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation and sales records.
• Update CRM systems and PO record.
• Maintain proper filing of quotations, purchase orders and related sales documents.
• Handle basic customer complaints and coordinate resolution with the relevant department.
• Ensure customer requests are communicated clearly and followed through to completion.
