Bossard (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Penang is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales professional to drive revenue growth from within our sales office.

You will manage customer accounts, identify new business opportunities and provide exceptional service to our existing client base. You will maintain detailed CRM records, meet sales targets and collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve client issues and optimise service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, account management or similar customer-facing sales role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients via phone, email and video conferencing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritise workload.
• Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to understand client needs and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails and other channels.
• Process customer inquiries and orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of services.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, transactions and opportunities within the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to team and company objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve client issues and optimise service delivery.
• Participate in regular product training and sales development initiatives to enhance performance.
