AA Alive Sdn Bhd and its Batu Caves, Selangor office are seeking an Inside Sales representative to drive revenue growth. This full-time role engages prospects via phone, email and video conferencing to promote products, qualify leads and close sales.

You will build relationships, negotiate terms, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with sales, marketing and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience and ongoing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or related customer-facing role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong consultative selling and needs analysis skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact and engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and video conferencing.
