Job summary

ACAD SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. seeks a proactive sales support specialist to join our Batu Kawan, Penang team. You will maintain strong customer relationships through after-sales service and actively pursue new opportunities via calls and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Background in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Design, or related fields preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CAD/design software is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin/Chinese and Bahasa Melayu beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing customers through after-sales service and follow-ups.
• Actively identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Develop a strong understanding of our products, including features, applications, and benefits.
• Process customers' purchase orders and liaise with principals and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products based on needs and project requirements.
• Maintain an effective sales pipeline to track opportunities throughout the purchasing process.
• Follow up on sales enquiries from chats, emails, and phone calls.
• Provide basic product guidance related to CAD, 3D design, rendering, and interior design solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on promotions and lead generation.
