Job summary

Mr Bagus Malaysia is seeking a design‑savvy sales professional to meet clients and translate concepts into space planning, materials and colour schemes. You will prepare space planning designs using our Design Software App and present convincing proposals for cabinetry and interior design.

You will drive personal sales performance, follow up leads, and manage project progress with internal teams to ensure on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience in kitchen/cabinetry design or interior design is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients and produce concept designs (Space Planning, Materials, Colour Scheme).
• Prepare space planning designs using the Design Software App.
• Achieve personal sales targets and manage follow-ups on leads.
• Ensure timely delivery of products/services for client projects.
• Coordinate with departments to track project progress.
• Record and report follow-ups in CRM system.

Requirements

Candidates with 1 to 2 years work experience in kitchen or cabinetry design/ interior design / loose furniture will be an added advantage. Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply! Product knowledge for cabinetry products, home living furniture, interior design for home renovation will be an added advantage. Sales driven, pleasant personality and can-do attitude. Good communication skills with ability to speak English, Mandarin (candidate needs to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients) and Bahasa Malasia. Possess own transport
