Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through customer visits, networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales activities.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and site visits with customers, interior designers, architects, contractors, developers, and other industry professionals.
• Understand customers' project requirements and recommend CAD, 3D design, rendering, and related software solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales enquiries, negotiate with customers, and close sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update sales activities and opportunities.
• Coordinate with principals, suppliers, technical support, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations with support from the technical team.
• Attend exhibitions, seminars, networking events, customer events, and other marketing activities to generate new leads.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide professional after-sales support.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall business development objectives.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Confident in meeting customers and conducting face-to-face sales presentations.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Willing to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

Proficient in English, Mandarin/Chinese, and Bahasa Melayu.

Must be willing to work in Batu Kawan, Penang.
