Job summary

Linktal Recruitment is seeking a results-driven logistics sales support professional in Malaysia to drive end-to-end order processing for APAC and USA freight operations from our hub.

You will coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams, prepare quotations and invoices, monitor order status, and act as the main contact for customers and partners while supporting CRM data maintenance and reporting. Salary RM4,000–RM5,000 + commission, 20 days leave, medical insurance, and 1–2 months bonus await.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of freight forwarding experience (Import/Export).
• Experience in Freight Pricing and Cost Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales order processing, from order entry to invoicing.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, delivery orders, and invoices, in compliance with SST regulations.
• Monitor order status and stock availability, liaising with internal teams to pre-empt delays.
• Support the sales team with reporting, CRM data maintenance, and ad hoc admin duties.

Key Responsibility

• Manage end-to-end sales order processing, from order entry to invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination with warehouse and logistics teams for on-schedule delivery.
• Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including quotations, contracts, delivery orders, and invoices, in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements (e.g., SST).
• Monitor order status and stock availability, proactively liaising with internal teams to pre-empt delays and ensure smooth fulfilment.
• Serve as the key point of contact for customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve order or billing issues promptly, escalating unresolved matters to the relevant department where necessary.
• Support the sales team with reporting, CRM data maintenance, and other ad hoc administrative duties to ensure efficient sales operations.
