Job summary

Secure Source Distribution (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Administration Associate to support Account Managers, source products, prepare quotations, and handle order processing, billing and delivery.

You will collaborate with project teams on documentation, conduct outbound emails and calls to leads, research opportunities, and present quotations. This role serves as the trusted on-site contact for customers when managers are unavailable.

Qualifications

• Prepare quotations and process purchase orders.
• Follow up with customers and manage billing and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project team for documentation and follow-up.
• Conduct outbound emails and calls to leads and forward prospects to sales team.

• Act as internal point of contact for customers in the absence of managers.
• Ensure smooth running of the sales process and handle ad-hoc assignments.

• Provide administrative support to Account Managers, source for products, prepare quotation, follow up with customers, process purchase orders, arrange billing and delivery
• Incorporate with project team for project documentation and follow up
• To conduct outbound email and calls to existing and potential leads and forward prospects with interest in company's products to the sales team
• Perform research on behalf of the company in order to identify available potential opportunities
• Manage creation and presentation of quotations for opportunities as they are identified
• Act as the primary internal point of contact for customers in the absence of managers
• Ensure the smooth running of sales process
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, along with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, is preferred.
