Job summary

Heilind Asia Pacific (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Support professional in Penang to handle customer inquiries, quotations and order entry.

You will liaise with various departments to ensure timely delivery, resolve shipment and quality issues, and contribute to sales planning and strategy with the Sales Manager. Strong Excel skills and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in interconnect components (Connectors/Switches/Relay etc.).
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Good command of English.
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Team player and able to communicate with all levels/departments.
• Positive attitude, detail-minded, service oriented and willing to learn.
