Job summary

Rutronik Electronics Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking candidates with experience in sales support, customer service or account management.

You will work closely with the Sales Manager on quotes and pricing, and follow up on quotations, inquiries and business opportunities. Role involves assisting with existing account support, building strong customer relationships, and participating in training provided by the department.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer service, account management or related fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic data handling.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sales Manager on quotations and pricing.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, inquiries and opportunities.
• Assist the department in managing and supporting existing customer accounts.
• Build, maintain and strengthen customer relationships with the Sales Manager.
