Job summary

Pembinaan Infrastruktur OKH Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Site Engineer role in Kuala Lumpur. This position is open to fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in building, infrastructure, and Civil & Structural (C&S) construction.

You will assist in planning, coordination, and supervision on site, ensuring works follow drawings and schedules, and coordinating with Project Manager, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. Mandarin ability and own transport are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of site experience will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings and C&S works.
• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced site environment.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage due to coordination with Mandarin-speaking management, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Possess own transport.
• Immediate or short-notice candidates are preferred.

• Coordinate consultant inspections and follow up on rectification works.
• Prepare daily site records, progress updates and other site documentation as required.
• Ensure site activities comply with safety and project requirements.
