Job summary

Vizione Holdings Berhad is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily civil and structural construction works, including concrete and earthworks. You will monitor progress, quality, and safety, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.

The role requires a Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years' experience in construction, plus knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in civil/construction roles.
• Experience with AutoCAD/BIM is an advantage.

Job description

Supervise daily site operations for civil and structural construction works, concrete, earthwork, and infrastructure works.

Monitor work progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.

Conduct site inspections and report construction progress, issues, and non-conformance matters.

Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and manpower at site.

Monitor subcontractor performance and work schedule. Assist in resolving technical and site coordination issues.

Maintain site records, reports, and documentation. Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.

Ensure compliance with relevant authority regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.

Maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with ISO procedures and company policies.

Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior/HOD from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role of work.

At least 5 years' experience in construction or infrastructure projects.

Excellent technical skill, knowledge of AUTOCAD / BIM will be an added advantage.

Understand the specification, drawing, scope and sequence of works.

Good communication and interpersonal skill.

Independent, proactive, able to work under pressure to meet target dates.
