Flow Tech Resources Sdn Bhd in Sarawak seeks a motivated Site Supervisor to oversee civil works, coordinate site teams, and ensure project drawings and method statements are followed. You will manage daily site activities and support QA/QC processes across diverse projects from outset to completion.
The role requires 1–3 years of site experience, a valid CIDB Green Card, and ability to read drawings. You will travel to project sites, enforce safety, and maintain meticulous site records
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Site Supervisor to be an integral part of our dynamic construction and engineering team. Supervise and coordinate daily site activities of workers and subcontractors to ensure work follows approved drawings and method statements.
Set out and monitor pipe‑laying, jointing, backfilling, and related civil works to the required line, level and quality.
Monitor daily work progress against the programme and report status, issues and resource needs to the Project Engineer.
Support the Project Engineer in preparing QA/QC documentation and progress documentation.
Inspect workmanship and materials on site; identify defects and ensure corrective action is taken.
Coordinate delivery, storage and use of site materials, plant and equipment to avoid delays and wastage.
Assist with site measurements, joint inspections with consultants/authorities, and pressure testing / commissioning activities.
Keep daily site records — labour, plant, materials, weather, site diary and related documents
Liaise with the Project Engineer on technical queries, drawing discrepancies and site instructions.
Enforce site safety, health and housekeeping rules; ensure workers use proper PPE and follow safe work practices.
Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
1–3 years of site experience; fresh graduates with relevant certification are encouraged to apply.
Valid CIDB Green Card (Construction Personnel registration).
Basic ability to read and interpret construction/engineering drawings.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office) for daily reports and records.
Some exposure to water supply, pipeline or civil infrastructure works is an advantage.
Responsible, hardworking, and able to lead and coordinate site workers.
Possess own transport and willing to be based at and travel to project sites, including rural or outstation locations, as required.
CIDB Certified Construction Site Supervisor (CSS) certification, or willingness to obtain it.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
Prior experience on water authority / rural water supply projects.
