Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience with supervisory or managerial exposure.
• Experience with ERP, MES and WMS in manufacturing.
• Strong Power BI, data reporting and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the IT team to ensure efficient daily operations and timely technical support to end users
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, systems, hardware and software to ensure reliability, availability and business continuity
• Manage and troubleshoot escalated system, network, infrastructure and production-floor IT issues
• Ensure IT security, data confidentiality, backup and disaster recovery measures are effectively implemented and maintained
• Manage Group IT assets, software licences, renewals, vendors and IT-related procurement to ensure compliance and cost efficiency
• Plan and manage IT strategies, annual budgets, technology upgrades and infrastructure improvements in line with business requirements
• Lead and support IT projects and new business requirements, including the implementation and management of ERP, MES and WMS systems
• Collaborate with departments to review system workflows, identify gaps and recommend solutions for process and operational improvements
• Develop Power BI dashboards, analytical reports and query reports to support departmental KPI monitoring and management decision-making

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, system administration, backup and disaster recovery.

Experience with ERP, MES and/or WMS systems; manufacturing environment experience will be an added advantage.

Proficient in Power BI, data reporting and analysis, with good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
