• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP/business applications, and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company overall IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and IT services.
• Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, endpoint devices, backup, cloud services, and user access.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and security of critical IT systems.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, standards, and cybersecurity controls.
• Manage cybersecurity activities including endpoint protection, firewall, VPN, MFA, vulnerability management, incident response, and security monitoring.
• Oversee ERP, MES, business applications, system integration, and IT related digital transformation projects.
• Work closely with business departments to understand requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, contracts, budgets, and project deliverables.
• Develop and maintain IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans, including backup and recovery testing.
• Support internal, customer, and external IT/security audits and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the IT team to achieve operational and project objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT efficiency through automation, BI, AI, and digitalization.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Strong experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP/business applications, and IT operations.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Good knowledge of IT security, networking, servers, backup/DR, Microsoft technologies, and system administration.

Experience managing IT projects, vendors, budgets, and external service providers.

Strong problem solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
