Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or a customer-facing engineering role preferred.
- Experience in industrial instrumentation or related industries is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, particularly those technically inclined.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and product recommendations.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Travel to customer sites as required.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and opportunities.
