Job summary

APP Systems Services (APP) is seeking a Sales & Application Engineer to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. The role blends industrial sales, customer relationship management and applicaton-focused solution development in a permanent onsite position.

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics and can work across English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Training available for those with less experience, with senior opportunities commensurate with

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics
• Process & quality knowledge beneficial for customer discussions
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required for presentations and sales admin
• Technical troubleshooting exposure in customer-facing settings is advantageous
• Industrial sales experience in project, system or equipment sales is advantageous
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement
• Self-driven team player with ability to work under pressure
• Resourcefulness, independence, creativity and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin may be needed across markets
• Candidates with no experience welcome; senior roles considered based on qualifications and experience
