Job summary

Sanovo Technology Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Commercial and Service Support professional to manage customer enquiries, prepare spare parts quotations, process orders, coordinate delivery and service execution, and ensure timely invoicing.

The role blends customer service, commercial acumen and technical understanding with strong coordination to maximise service revenue while delivering high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply and considered.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Admin, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing or related background.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in service support, technical sales support, spare parts or order management.
• Experience in industrial machinery, automation, manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Quotation & Enquiry Management: Handle spare parts and service requests, prepare quotes and follow up to close deals.
• Order Processing & Logistics: Process purchase orders, check parts availability, coordinate deliveries.
• Service Coordination: Schedule and deploy service engineers for on-site jobs with required parts/documentation.
• Invoicing & Closure: Verify service reports, align with purchase orders, ensure timely billing with Finance.
• Technical Growth & Stakeholder Alignment: Learn machinery configurations, work with engineers and sales to resolve issues.
