Job summary

UL International-Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Support Specialist to back pre- and post-sales activities, manage quotations, and process orders within ERP systems. You will collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Business Administration and at least 1 year of related experience, with fluency in English and Chinese to support the China-based engineering team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, order management, or administrative support.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Experience with quotation management and order processing.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms such as Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and administrative support activities via phone and email.
• Prepare quotations using established pricing tools and convert approved quotes into orders within ERP systems.
• Support pre- and post-sales processes to ensure customers meet certification requirements and service adoption timelines.
• Follow up on quotations and collaborate with customers and sales teams to facilitate order conversion.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Sales Engineers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries and support business objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide account-related insights and reports to support sales activities.
• Build strong internal partnerships to proactively address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives and share best practices with team members.
• Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned activities while adhering to company policies and procedures.
