Job summary

BUHLER MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Subang Jaya is seeking a customer quotation specialist to execute the end-to-end quotation process, support sales turnover, and coordinate with BOMs and project documents.

You will handle customer inquiries, prepare comprehensive quotations for spare and wear parts, and collaborate with regional teams to assist with delivery, invoicing and warranty claims as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling customer quotations and technical inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end quotation process to support sales turnover.
• Handle incoming customer requests professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Collect and validate customer information to identify and fulfill requirements.
• Build Level 1 spare parts competency with support from technical teams.
• Prepare quotations for spare and wear parts, covering commercial and technical aspects.
• Work with BOMs, project documents and drawings.
• Coordinate delivery, invoicing and payments.
• Assist with customer complaints and warranty claims with regional Quality partner.
• Engage with stakeholders to support technical and commercial inquiries.
• Perform other duties as business needs evolve.
