Job summary

SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Administration Executive to provide essential administrative support to Account Managers, source products, and prepare quotations. You will process purchase orders, arrange billing and delivery, and assist in tender submissions to meet deadlines.

You will collaborate with the sales team to build sales pipelines and close deals, conduct outbound outreach to leads, and research opportunities to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
• Knowledge in IT will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Account Managers, source products, prepare quotations, and process purchase orders.
• Follow up with customers, arrange billing and delivery, and support tender processes to ensure timely submission.
• Collaborate with sales to develop pipelines and close deals, perform outbound communications to leads, and identify opportunities.
