Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in order processing, logistics, or customer services.
• Knowledgeable in incoterms and MS Office.
• Fluent English; other ASEAN languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute the customer quotation process end-to-end to contribute to sales turnover.
• Handle incoming customer requests professionally with prompt resolution.
• Collect and validate customer information to identify and fulfill requirements.
• Build Level 1 competency in spare parts identification with cross-functional support.
• Process technical and commercial inquiries and prepare quotations.
• Work with BOMs, customer project documents, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate delivery, invoice and payments.
• Assist with complaints and warranty claims in collaboration with regional partners.
• Engage with stakeholders to support technical and commercial inquiries.
