You will blend technical expertise with commercial acumen to identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and support the entire sales process from inquiry to delivery. The role emphasizes building long-term customer relationships, coordinating field service, tender submissions, and techno-commercial discussions to maximise project wins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechatronic engineering.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Oil & Gas experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel/outstation.

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Sales and marketing of rotating equipment and other industrial equipment products and solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service, including daily operational support, field service coordination, and after-sales support activities.
• Conduct techno-commercial discussions and negotiations with suppliers to maximize project and order success rates.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requirements to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with customers and project engineers to assess equipment requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Participate in tender submissions, proposal preparation, and sales presentations to clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide effective technical and commercial sales support.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and account management activities.
• Prepare tenders and coordinate project execution to ensure smooth delivery.
• Follow up on payment collections and maintain healthy account receivables.
• Attend meetings, site visits, customer appointments, and relevant authority offices as required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time.
