• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular visits, meetings and follow-ups to understand customer needs and business requirements.
• Understand customers’ technical requirements and recommend suitable industrial products, equipment, or solutions.
• Provide product information, technical explanations, quotations, and proposals to customers.
• Coordinate with the engineering and technical teams to address product-related enquiries and application requirements.
